Ashford Village

The Ashford Village subdivision, located in Pittsfield Township, features newer construction homes less than nine miles from downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan campuses. Located near Ann Arbor’s southeast side (off Textile Road and between Crane and Munger Roads), Ashford Village provides residents with easy access to I-94, US-23, Sam’s Club, grocery stores, banks, shops and restaurants on Michigan Avenue and Carpenter Road.

Built between 1993 and 2005, the neighborhood’s 317 homes range from 1,500 to 2,600 sq. ft. with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-3.5 baths. Many of the properties include full, finished basements that are egress, daylight and walkout. Beautiful landscaping and parklands surround the homes which are situated on up to half an acre of residential land. Park benches are placed throughout the common areas.

The neighborhood also features lots of common areas, manicured ponds, and residents enjoy community connected access to the adjacent Hickory Woods Park that includes walking trails, a large children's playground, open sports fields, and a picnic area with a pavilion. The Pittsfield Township Farmers Market takes place nearby every Thursday between June and October.

Residents are able to take advantage of Pittsfield Township taxes. Students attend highly rated Ann Arbor schools: Carpenter Elementary School, Scarlett Middle School and Huron High School.
