In Ypsilanti Township, Amberly Grove consists of approximately 182 single-family homes built by Gabrian Construction between 1999 and 2004, located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Meritt and Hitchingham roads, on the south side of Ford Lake. Minutes from Kroger and other shopping and dining along Whittaker Rd., as well as Pine View Golf Course.

Amberly Grove's floor plans include colonial, ranch, and raised ranch-style homes.
